SHIPPING AND RETURNS

CRUSH Vineyard will do everything possible to assure that our artisan, handcrafted wines meet your satisfaction.

All CRUSH Vineyard wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are hand processed to guarantee that they are in excellent condition upon leaving the storage facility.

At this time, we are currently only able to ship to CA, FL, MN, AK and Washington D.C. and NY. CO coming soon.

If you are not in a state we currently ship to but would like to purchase our wines please contact us as we are continuously evaluating our shipping policies.

Adult Signature Required at Delivery and we cannot ship to PO Boxes

Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. The person ordering and receiving the delivery must be at least 21 and may be required to sign for the wine and show evidence of age.

For customers in our approved states, CRUSH Vineyard uses Order Port for all wine shipments and offer the following carriers:

GLS (formerly GSO) - California Only

UPS 2-day or Ground

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. The winery is unable to replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the customer.

*Please note that we do not ship wines if transit temperatures are forecast to be above 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

We are happy to replace (if able) or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed.

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages.

Inspect all packages as soon as they are received. If they are of your satisfaction, enjoy! If not, please continue with the steps below.

If you have found that your wine is flawed (bottles broken) we ask that you keep the bottle, its unused contents, and the cork. Wine should not be returned without prior approval from CRUSH Vineyard. Please address all concerns of this nature to info@crushvineyard.com within 48 hours of arrival. Make sure to include customer name and address, date of purchase, product name and vintage, and reason for concern.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Orders that are shipped and refused by the customer or returned by the shipping company as "unable to deliver" will be credited the cost of the product minus any shipping charges.

ORDER TRACKING: Provide us with your email address at checkout and you will be sent a tracking number for your package. If you’d like to have further info, or didn’t provide an email please contact us directly. info@crushvineyard.com

Please let us know if you have any shipping changes that are made after your order is placed, so that we can update your shipping information before your order is shipped. All shipping changes must be submitted 10 days before your order is on it’s way to you. If the wines are re-routed or returned we will have to charge you for any related shipping fees.
