      <image:title>OUR VINEYARD</image:title>
<image:caption>To make great wine, you need great grapes. At CRUSH Vineyard, our winemaking philosophy is simple: create beautifully structured wines from sustainably grown grapes. We truly believe that the quality of the wine which ends up in your glass is a direct reflection of our natural environment or “terrior”. Highly calcareous soils on the rugged landscape of our hillside terrain combined with a late afternoon cooling breeze from the Pacific create the perfect growing conditions for our two outstanding grapes. Tannat, Tempranillo, Grenache and Petite Sirah thrive on our vineyard in the westside Adelaida District of Paso Robles. These road less travelled grapes are meticulously farmed, hand picked and crafted into small batch production. In the cellar, we opt for a minimalistic winemaking approach, letting the wine guide our hand instead of the other way around. We utilize native yeast and low intervention winemaking techniques from grape to bottle in order to produce a wine that is a true representation of our terrior. Aged in a combination of new and neutral French oak, the outcome is a portfolio of dynamic well-balanced wines with bold flavors that are meant to be enjoyed now and for years to come.</image:caption>

      <image:title>OUR VINEYARD - Make it stand out</image:title>
<image:caption>OUR TANNAT Originating in SW France, Tannat is rarely planted in Paso Robles. Tannat is thick skinned and has a long growing season that creates a robust red wine with high tannins and balanced structure. Deep dense coloring of purple-red for the eye, with a nose of ripe black berries, tobacco and smoke. The rich palate is full with black currant, red raspberries and plum creating a long pleasurable finish.</image:caption>

      <image:title>OUR VINEYARD - Make it stand out</image:title>
<image:caption>OUR TEMPRANILLO Referred to as Spain’s noble grape, its name is derived from the Spanish word “temprano” meaning early. Still unique to be planted in Paso Robles, this grape thrives in our westside calcareous soils and is always one of the earliest to harvest. Ruby red and bright for the eye. Medium to full bodied with a nose of red berries, cedar and leather. The palate is inviting with black cherry, cranberry, dry fig and strawberry supported by firm tannins to deliver a smooth lingering finish.</image:caption>

<image:caption>22 Crush Vineyard Temptation - 92 points - $62 The 2022 Temptation, a varietal Tempranillo, is perfumed and sweetly spiced with a bouquet of sugar-dusted black cherries and sage. Cool-toned and round, it is savory on the palate, with tart red and black fruit over a stream of brisk acidity. It is staining, long and gently tannic as well, with a. mineral saturation and hints of licorice that linger. While structured, there’s a lovely drinkability factor here. Drinking Window: 2027-2031 2022 Crush Tantalize – 91 points - $62 The 2022 Tantalize mixes lavender pastille with spiced citrus peels and sweet smoke. This is silken in feel, nearly velvety, with a massive wave of mineral-inflected black fruits lifted by cooling acidity. It leaves notes of mocha and balsamic spice over a coating of firm tannins while tapering off with dramatic length. Drinking Window: 2028-2034 2022 Crush Graffiti – 91 points - $60 The 2022 Graffiti opens with an array of sweet herbs, cola complementing Violet-laced blackberries. It is round and soft textured with vibrant acidity, depths of ripe wild berry fruit and a crisp mineral tinge. This remains energetic throughout, leaving tart blackberry saturation and nuances to linger long. It is a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Tempranillo. Drinking Window: 2026-2030 2022 Crush Sassy – 91 points - $60 Grilled herbs and menthol complicate crushed blackberries and blook orange as the 2022 Sassy emerges from the glass. A pretty inner sweetness opens on the nose as candied citrus tones and ripe wild berry fruits swirl thoughout. The finish is marked by staining length yet remains energetic, leaving a bitter hint of licorice and the mouth watering for more. Drinking Window: 2025-2029 2022 Crush Rapture – 90 points - $60 The 2022 Rapture opens with a dusty mix of spices and dried florals that complement dried black cherries. It splashes across the palate with ease as masses of red and black fruits find motivation through a core of zesty acidity. The finish is long and structured yet enticingly fresh, leaving a sweet herbal resonance to linger. 67% Tempranillo 33% Grenache Drinking Window: 2025-2029</image:caption>
